Hot Dog Chili - Texas Pete

Hot Dog Chili – Texas Pete

1 lb. Ground beef
7/8 C. Onions chopped
2 t. Chili powder
2 t. Paprika
1/3 C. Texas Pete hot sauce
2/3 C. Tomato Sauce
6 oz. lard

Brown beef
Add everything except tomatoes
Cook using very low heat for 45 minutes, uncovered.

Add tomatoes
Cook one more hour using very low heat, uncovered.

To top hot dogs, use yellow mustard, chopped onions, and this chili sauce.
