The toppings included:
Local raw cheddar cheese
Hard boiled eggs from her chickens
Smoked oysters-very high in zinc
Goat cheese from the Farmers Market
Mashed sardines with mustard and onions
Garlic scapes
These were delicious. I make sprouted whole wheat flour by first sprouting the wheat berries and then dehydrating them for at least 12 hours and then grinding them in my grain mill.
